  This is strictly for the pharmacy; the store itself is fine and has a nice selection of items. As for the pharmacy, they really have poor customer service. I've been trying to refill a prescription for nearly a week now. Initial refill order was submitted online. I was told it would be ready the following day by the automated service. It was not. I called the pharmacy and was informed the medication was not in stock, but it would be ready the following day. It was not. I called again, a day after it was supposed to be ready and spoke with a lady. She informed me that the medication was due to arrive that day, and a call would be issued when they received it. Again, no call. At that point, I said skip it and decided to see if I could transfer my prescription as it is now nearly a week since it was supposed to be ready. Initially, if the CVS you order from does not have your medication in stock, they are supposed to offer to see if a neighboring facility has it. None of that was done. Each time I called the pharmacist seemed in a rush to get me off of the phone. I understand they may be busy, but that still does not excuse such poor customer service in the medical industry. Delays in medication or mix-ups in pharmaceutical drugs can have dire consequences. If you cannot take the job seriously and provide efficient service, find a different career. Will not return.

  The store is ok but the pharmacy is terrible. Sitting in the drive through line always takes forever. The techs are barely friendly. The only plus is the location and drive through option. Otherwise I wouldn’t use. In fact if I have one more issue with them, RiteAid here I come. Discovered why drive through takes SO LONG. The techs working the line don’t just work the line. She was filling prescriptions also. Explains why it takes so long but not why any manager would think this is effective. Come on CVS. You got to do better.
