He called to let us know when he would arrive and then showed up at that time. He did a thorough job of checking both furnaces/heating systems, explained everything he was doing, alerted us to a potential problem, and was polite, friendly and professional. We highly recommend Belair and Santos. Update 12/2017 Santos came out to replace a capacitor in our furnace this week. We had received a two hour time frame from the office and Santos called at the beginning of that time frame to give us a more precise arrival time. He came at the projected time, completed his work quickly and efficiently, and showed a professionalism that was much appreciated. He is a credit to Belair Engineering and we highly recommend both Santos and Belair.
